After graduating at the University of Lucerne in 2009 (Master in Law), Davide Pedrotti completed the bar exam traineeship at the Civil Court in Bellinzona and at the law and notary firm Roberto Macconi, Esq. in Lugano. In 2011 he passed the bar exam in Ticino.

From 2011 to 2012 Davide Pedrotti worked at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Ticino in Lugano, as Judicial Secretary.

From 2013 to 2016 Davide Pedrotti worked as President of the Moesa District Court in Roveredo GR (civil and criminal judge).

From 2017 to 2020 Davide Pedrotti was Cantonal Judge at the Cantonal Court of Canton of Grisons in Chur (Judge of Appeal, civil and criminal law). In 2020 he was appointed Extraordinary Substitute Judge at the Federal Criminal Court in Bellinzona.

Davide Pedrotti has been working as a partner at law and notary firm Molo Avvocati in Bellinzona since 2021 and assists clients of Molo Avvocati in Italian, German, French and English.
